These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the text (SMS) messaging service offered by Clausse Plumbing Repair Inc., doing business as CPR Clausse’s Plumbing Repair (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By texting us or exchanging text messages with us, you agree to these Terms.
Program Description
CPR Clausse’s Plumbing Repair uses text messaging solely to respond to messages initiated by our own customers. Customers text us with questions about plumbing service availability, appointment scheduling, and pricing, and we reply with the requested information. All messages are sent manually by a staff member — no automated, bulk, or system-generated texts are sent. Every conversation is started by the customer. We do not send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the messages you send us. Because we only reply to conversations you start, you will generally receive messages from us only after you have contacted us.
Cost
There is no charge from us to send or receive text messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any such charges.

Cancellation / Opt-Out
You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and we will no longer send you text messages. If you would like to text with us again in the future, simply message us as you did before, and we will resume replying to you.
Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and many regional and smaller carriers.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
We care about your privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our text messaging service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
